Project Lungta — 30 days that will make you stronger, more focused, and more community-driven
Project Lungta is our biggest and most meaningful project to date.
A 30-day challenge built on four pillars: movement, mental strength, self-insight, and community. See the rules in the manual.
The challenge is inspired by the people of Spiti Valley, whom we personally visited in October. There, these values are not a choice – they are a condition for life.
All for two goals: to strengthen you physically and mentally – and make the world around you a little better.
Lungta is purpose over profit. We donate a portion of all paid orders to the Danish Mental Health Fund, and you can participate in the challenge for free.
🤲
We donate DKK 50 from every paid order to Psykiatrifonden to support mental health in Denmark.

Good deeds
• Give a sincere compliment to someone who would truly appreciate it.
• Tidy up or collect litter in your area – perhaps combine it with today's exercise.
• Donate to a cause that matters to you. We collaborate with the Psychiatric Research Foundation, to whom we donate when a Lungta product is sold. We also donate 1% of the order value on our webshop – your order counts too ;)
• Call or text an old friend or family member and ask how they are doing.
• Do one good deed for another person.
• Come up with something yourself that makes sense to you.
